送料・配送ポリシー / Shipping Policy

SumiPawsの商品はすべて受注生産（プリントオンデマンド）です。
ご注文後、提携する製造パートナーにて商品を製作し、完成後に配送いたします。

All SumiPaws products are made to order using print-on-demand production.
After an order is placed, the item is produced by one of our production partners and shipped once production is complete.

製造期間 / Production Time

通常、商品の製造には2〜7営業日ほどかかります。

商品、注文数量、在庫状況、製造拠点、繁忙期などにより、通常より時間がかかる場合があります。

Production usually takes approximately 2–7 business days.

Production times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, product availability, production location, and peak periods.

日本への配送 / Shipping to Japan

送料および発送後の配送日数は、商品・数量・製造拠点・配送先によって異なります。

利用可能な配送方法、送料、および配送予定はチェックアウト時に表示されます。

一部の商品は海外の製造拠点から直接発送される場合があります。

Shipping costs and transit times to Japan vary depending on the product, quantity, production location, and destination.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Some products may be shipped directly from an overseas production facility.

海外配送 / International Shipping

SumiPawsは、対応可能な国・地域への海外配送を行っています。

送料および配送予定日数は、商品・数量・製造拠点・配送先によって異なります。利用可能な配送方法と正確な送料はチェックアウト時に表示されます。

配送予定について / Estimated Delivery

お届けまでの合計期間は、製造期間と発送後の配送期間を合わせたものになります。

表示される配送予定日は目安であり、天候、通関、配送業者の遅延、繁忙期などにより前後する場合があります。

The total estimated delivery time consists of production time plus shipping transit time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or peak periods.

追跡情報 / Tracking

追跡サービスが利用可能な配送方法の場合、商品発送後に追跡情報をメールでお知らせします。

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided by email after your order has shipped.

関税・輸入税 / Customs Duties and Import Taxes

海外配送の場合、配送先の国・地域によって関税、輸入税、その他の手数料が発生する場合があります。

これらの費用が発生した場合は、お客様のご負担となります。

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
