Return & Refund Policy

All SumiPaws products are print-on-demand and made after your order is placed. Because each item is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer preference or change of mind.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if:

  • There is a printing error or manufacturing defect
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You receive an item different from what you ordered

If your claim is eligible, we may ask for photos and will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Not Eligible

  • Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
  • Customer-requested cancellation after production has begun
  • Sale items or gift cards

EU Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, cancellation or return rights may apply within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable law and the condition of the item.
