All SumiPaws products are made to order using a print-on-demand production model.
After you place your order, the product will be manufactured by one of our production partners and shipped once production is complete.
Production Time
Production typically takes approximately 2–7 business days.
Production times may take longer depending on the product, order quantity, inventory availability, production location, seasonal demand, or other circumstances.
Shipping to Japan
Shipping costs and delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the product, quantity, production location, and delivery destination.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
Some products may be shipped directly from production facilities located outside Japan.
International Shipping
SumiPaws offers international shipping to supported countries and regions.

Estimated Delivery
The total estimated delivery time consists of the production time plus the shipping time after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, tracking information will be sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.
